1Scope

These GTC apply to all orders placed via this website between you (the "customer") and the Seller (defined below). The version of the GTC in force at the time of your order applies. Deviating terms of the customer do not apply unless we have agreed to them in writing.

3Conclusion of contract

The presentation of the product on this website is not a binding offer but an invitation to you to place an order. By completing checkout (handled by our payment provider, Stripe) you submit a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order or dispatch the product. We may decline an order — for example if the item is unavailable or the order appears fraudulent — in which case any amount already paid is refunded.

4Prices

All prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF) and include statutory Swiss VAT (MWST) where applicable. Delivery within Switzerland is free of charge. The price displayed at the time of your order applies.

5Payment

Payment is processed by Stripe. By paying you accept Stripe's applicable terms. Payment is due at the time of order. We do not receive or store your full card details; these are handled directly by Stripe. See our Privacy Policy for how order data is processed.

6Delivery

We currently deliver within Switzerland only. Orders are normally dispatched and delivered within 2–3 business days of successful payment. Stated delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; we are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or events outside our control. Delivery is free of charge and handled by Swiss Post. The risk of loss passes to you in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations.

7Money-back guarantee & returns

If you change your mind, you may return the product within 7 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price. To start a return, email us at info@haecker-tech.com and we will provide instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer; the refund is issued to your original payment method.

8Warranty for defects

The statutory warranty for defects under Articles 197 ff. of the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) applies. For new goods the warranty period is two years from delivery (Art. 210 OR). Please inspect the product on receipt and notify us of any defect without delay (Art. 201 OR). Where a covered defect exists, we will replace the product or, if it is no longer in stock, refund the purchase price. The warranty does not cover normal wear, damage from misuse, accident, or unauthorised modification.

9Liability

We are liable without limitation for damage caused by intent or gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Any further liability — in particular for slight negligence and for indirect or consequential damage — is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory liability under the Swiss Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

10Data protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

11Applicable law & place of jurisdiction

These GTC and any contract concluded under them are governed by Swiss law, to the exclusion of the conflict-of-law rules and of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zurich, subject to any mandatory place of jurisdiction for consumers.

12Final provisions

Should any provision of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected; the invalid provision is replaced by a valid one that comes closest to its purpose. We may amend these GTC at any time; the version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
